- 48-hour notice: If the client cancels the service with at least 48 hours* notice, 50% of the total service cost will be charged.
- 24-hour notice: If the client cancels the service with at least 24 hours* notice, 80% of the total service cost will be charged.
- Sameday cancellation: If the client cancels the service on the same day, 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
2. Presence of People and Pets
To ensure the safety and efficiency of our cleaning team, pets, children, or any other individuals are not allowed to be present during the cleaning service. This allows us to work more effectively and without interruptions.
3. Payments
- Late fees: If payment is not made within the specified time of 24 hours frame, a late fee of $5 will be charged for each day of delay until payment is completed.4. Additional Services
If the client requires additional services, it is necessary to notify us in advance to schedule and coordinate accordingly. This allows us to ensure the availability of our staff and guarantee the highest quality of service.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy and terms of service at any time. Any changes will be notified to clients in advance and will take effect immediately after being published on our website or through direct notification to the client.
